If this is your first time in the course, you need to start here. In addition to learning how to use this course, you can also access the Process Overview of the For Sale By Owner Process and find out how to get help if you have technical issues or get stuck.

Getting Help

There are three types of help you may need during the course of selling your home on your own.

  • Technical Help – If something is not working for you in this class or you cannot figure out how to do something, like download a template, email jake@fsboacademy.com. We will assign a ticket to your request and help you as quickly as possible. Our goal is to start working on your request in less than 24 hours.
  • Help With Selling Your Home – Everybody’s situation is different and there is no way I could have created a course that covers everything. For this reason, I created the Facebook group. If you have any questions about selling your house, post them on the Facebook group. My team and I will give you our feedback and so with other members.
  • I’m About to Hire a Real Estate Agent – Selling your home can be mentally hard and the one value that agents bring to the table is you have someone to tell you that you are doing things right – even when you are not getting any results. When you are selling your home on your own, you don’t have this. Make sure that you are bringing your issues and concerns to the Facebook group so we can all help you.

Private Facebook Group

As a member of this class, you will have access to our private facebook group.  There are no Real Estate Agents allowed in this group.

It is full of other people just like you selling their house on their own.  It is a safe place to discuss your issues, ask questions, and share your successes.  Since it is a private group, your Facebook friends will not be able to see your posts.
